Western Cable Pump Main Housing# 55946. (Some have 56013 stamped in the back.)

This is the main housing for the Isarmatic Mark IIIA plow pump used on a Western Plow. This is the common 1-1/2" ram version. They also have a heavy duty 2" version used on the Heavyweight plows that is part # 55945.
